Richmond, Virginia has leveled up to be one of the world's best cities to live and invest in. Our thriving music, food and art scenes, combined with countless outdoor attractions, classic and modern architecture, a diverse international population and creatives of all styles make for a destination like no other.

When Joe started in this business nearly 15 years ago there were very few investors from outside the area when he noticed a stable, then rapid, increase from Northern VA where the cost to live is upwards of 2x or more and only 100 miles away. Word continued to travel and during the past 5-10 years he's seen investors, buyers, flippers, and larger entities enter our market from SanFran to Chicago, New York/New England, Europe, Asia and beyond.
