Joe found his calling in Real Estate even before he bought his first house in 2009 in the deer- and owl- surrounded Westlake Hills neighborhood. Now based in nearby Bon Air, his die-hard work ethic and some timely adaptations to today's conditions led him to establish Timberlake Realty RVA in honor of his late Grandfather "Buck". Joe carries the torch to serve all clients at some of the most pivotal points in their lives, bringing positive energy and strong representation every single time.

As a Richmond, VA native and VCU Advertising graduate, Joe has also lived in the Hanover countryside, Midlothian suburbs, Byrd Park, and the Fan District. He has ran and biked across thousands of miles in central VA and beyond, participating in its dynamic evolution while building expertise in the changing market. Alison Timberlake

Originally from Tampa, Florida, Alison was raised in Mathews and Williamsburg, VA before relocating to Richmond. After graduating with distinction from the University of Virginia, she began her career in nursing and thrived in the intense environment of the trauma unit in VCU’s E.R. for decades. She also received Forensic Nurse of the Year in 2018.
Alison’s passion for architecture, homes, and all things Real Estate dates way back prior to her buying, selling and investing in the Richmond area. She brings her priceless qualities of empathy, compassion, leadership and drive to her role as a licensed Realtor alongside her savvy approach to design and consulting.
She was instrumental in helping form Timberlake Realty RVA with her husband Joe in 2020 and has merged her unique skill-sets. Ali embodies everything you could ask for as a caring and hardworking agent, loving mother of two girls, and all around amazing human. In her rare time off, she loves reading, traveling and snuggling with her two French Bulldogs, Gnocchi & London.

Maureen Patterson
REALTOR
Maureen is one of eight children, which might explain her empathy, understanding of people and meticulous work ethic. She lives in Powhatan and is a U of R graduate with an MBA degree from University of Maryland.

Maureen was a paralegal for 15 years before putting her skills to work in property management and real estate. "It takes a lot for me to be where I am and to be able to say I'm your trusted Realtor. One of my top focuses is helping folks who need a year or two before they're able to buy a home and to get them into a rental first," Maureen says. "My purpose is to give back and to help people get what they need."
She's known for the highest level of integrity and confidentiality and serves on the Virginia Realtors' Property Managers Council.​ Maureen's passion for people includes leadership in the Midlothian Rotary Club, working with young adults and helping them grow as future leaders. While Susan provides exclusive real estate marketing support to Timberlake Realty RVA in the Richmond area, she also collaborates with home service businesses, helping them connect with homeowners more effectively. In addition to her role with Timberlake Realty RVA, Susan runs Your Home Only Better, a blog focused on functional home design and organization—helping homeowners create spaces that are both beautiful and practical.

Mark Horton

Mark got his start in finance and mortgage origination in 2003. He relocated from Los Angeles to Richmond in 2013 and began his relationship with NFM Lending.
